It’s no secret that happiness takes some effort. Happiness is different for everybody, that’s why there’s no general formula. We are all just figuring it out. Nobody has all the answers and there is no wrong way to do this.
Here are 10 Things About Life That Everybody Experiences But Nobody Admits:
- Everybody cries at some point, even if it’s just one tear. Crying is therapeutic and it’s very good for the body. There is no shame in crying. It is our body’s way of expressing emotions.
- Everybody fails, and what’s wrong with that? Nothing. We learn so much when we fail. Sometimes it’s not fun and sometimes it’s just embarrassing. Still, this is how we grow.
- Everybody gets scared, no matter how brave you are, everybody experiences fear. We are only human and it’s okay to be fearful sometimes. The key is to learn how to control your fear, instead of letting your fear control you.
- Everybody doesn’t like rejection, we all want to be included. We are social beings and we need others. Rejection hurts everybody.
- Everybody needs somebody, sometimes we think we can do it all by ourselves. This is not true. We all need help, and that’s okay.
- Everybody thinks that they’re not good enough sometimes, especially when we compare ourselves to other people. Everybody’s on their own journey, so it is not fair to ourselves when we compare our personal journey to the journey of others.
- Everybody wants to win at least once or all the time. It feels good to win.
- Everybody’s talented at something that is bigger than them, sometimes people hide their talents behind their fears. It’s important to recognize our own talents so that we can use them every day.
- Everybody has habits that they want to change, nobody’s perfect and nobody has everything figured out. There is always room for personal improvement.
- Everybody wants to be happy, some people don’t act like it but deep down we all crave happiness.
Final Happy Thoughts
If you have experienced any of the above, you are not alone. Not a chance, everybody experiences stuff, sometimes they just don’t admit it. I will leave you with this inspiring quote from Brené Brown
“You are imperfect, you are wired for struggle, but you are worthy of love and belonging.”
