Whether you are a leader in a corporate setting, a professional seeking happiness within your career, a busy mom trying to find balance, or a college student seeking personal development, these funshops will teach you how to use happiness to be successful by working smarter not harder.
Bee Happi will host monthly webinars on various topics based off the theme for the month. In addition, there will be live workshops throughout the year. Participants will walk away with an understanding of how positive attitudes can create success that can be use in all areas of their lives.

Your health! Seriously, if you aren’t breathing, then you aren’t living! There is so much more to life then just getting by, going to a job you hate, yelling at your family, watching television, binge eating, and complaining about it all! That’s exhausting! Thankfully, our bodies are very forgiving, they can put up with a lot before they quit on us.
Unfortunately, some people take advantage of this “get out of jail free card” and put off their mental and physical needs aside until there is an emergency (fire under their ass). Prolonged unhappiness can lead to unhealthy behaviors, which can lead to chronic disease. It’s a vicious cycle!
Making small positive changes in our attitudes and beliefs can lead to big changes, eventually! So what is the Return on Investment for happiness? It is a productive life with good mental and physical health so that we can do what we want! This is also true at the organizational level too.
Organizations that promote healthy environments are more likely to maintain happi employees that are: more productive, spend less money on healthcare costs, miss less work, and less likely to quit to find a better job, all this helps to reduce costs and maintain institutional knowledge and culture.

Heck no! Would you want a surgeon to operate on you or someone you love with an unhappi, pessimistic, and stressed out mind?! I hope you said “no!” The truth is taking care of yourself is important to your health and well-being. Think of all the things you could accomplish if you had more mental and physical energy.
Now, think of all the dreams you have put off because you didn’t have the energy or confidence to achieve them. In the end, you are only being selfish to yourself if you don’t take care of your own needs first.
